Within Business and Operation Support System, the Solutions team is responsible for the creation of end-to-end solutions; combining products and services across the portfolio to address customers' ambitions.
As our customers are looking to accelerate value creation in the 5G ecosystem while controlling operational expenses, solutions to their business challenges go beyond a specific feature or product. To be a market leader in a solution-oriented business operations and support systems market, Ericsson must respond by embedding portfolio & solution thinking, in both our organization and our product development strategies.
Our role is to connect each of the offering domains towards the wider portfolio and drive a common vision and strategy. We focus our attention to value creation in direct collaboration with our customers. Market insights, lessons learned, and design artifacts are fed back to the product portfolio forming a full suite of business solutions.
We are now looking for a strong and passionate Strategic Product Manager, to drive our release strategy across all our solutions and safeguarding and governing the product Total Cost of Ownership .
What you will do
Manage budget for AO and AD teams.
For AD
One-PP has not had a dedicated development team. Instead resources from existing teams for Supply development, Implementation, PLM and MES have been utilized.
SPM need to provide forecast and help with team sizing for these teams to ensure that capacity is there and the competence is maintained
For AO
Monitor AO performance and evaluate competence together with TPM
You will bring
Manage business stakeholder contacts
Act as speaking partner to the business users and the process owners withing production
