hela Sverige Corporate Finance is a function at the Volvo Group Headquarters. The department is focusing on issues relating to strategic financial risk, capital structure and management as well as responsibility for M&A projects. Corporate Finance is looking for a candidate for the position as Strategic Financial Risk Analyst.
At Corporate Finance you will be part of a highly skilled team of professionals who work with passion and embrace change to stay ahead. You will be responsible for developing the format and platform to work with strategic risks for the group, including building relevant structures for working with other functions such as Treasury, Tax or similar. The position will also be the contact point for the external rating agencies when it comes to reporting or preparing presentations.
Main Responsibilities
• Strategic financial risk projects & analysis from a group perspective
• Managing the internal capital structure, acting as a center of expertise for capitalization and legal restructuring issues
• Leading the process of setting Group internal dividend and capitalization plans
• Corporate rating analysis, main contact for reporting and follow-up with rating agencies

Competencies and profile
• Relevant working experience in the financial area, and/or controller background with ambition and interest to develop competences
• Structured and analytical mindset
• Business-minded and customer oriented, service minded attitude
• Master of Business Administration or similar education
Technical/functional/language skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good ability to use different PC tools and good understanding of the financial reporting
