Our team
The ambitious journey that Scania is on requires a Corporate Finance Strategy that aligns seamlessly with the overall Corporate Strategy, and this is where we come in. We are striving to create a better balance of focus that also emphasizes Cash Flow and Capital Efficiency, and this strategy is key to optimizing and supporting Scania's overall performance together.
As we pivot to meet the demands of our changing business on finance, diversity in perspective is our strength and key to our success. Recognising this and to realize our vision, we've established a Strategic Finance Management function that reports directly to the CFO. Comprised of five Strategic Finance Managers, who all bring different skills and experience, the team collaborates directly with the CFO Management team and drives strategy execution.
While often operating as a task force; coming together in different project groups to solve the task at hand, the team is versatile, pulling resources as necessary to meet diverse challenges.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of economics who can flourish in a fast-moving environment. To excel in this role, you will need a pragmatic leadership style that unites teams and maintains a focus on the bigger picture. You are a true problem solver, always on the lookout for solutions.
Your role
As part of the Strategic Finance Management function, you will lead different cross-functional task forces/projects related to your expertise, while ensuring aligned missions and goals. You will guide the top down agenda and enable efficient cash and cost optimization.
The role not only promises challenging tasks that require collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization but also offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development.
