We are building a strong team in Sweden and China for this inspiring journey, and to ensure and drive the continued growth we need to strengthen our Strategy and Business Development team with an action oriented person who can contribute to the company's development of business opportunities and projects.
Description
The Strategy and Business Development team has the main responsibility for initiating, accelerating and monitoring key projects and activities. You will also be a part of the refinement and definition of Nevs' long and short term strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team, business program managers, and Nevs' core projects.
The role involves:
- Identify, analyze, develop and communicate business opportunities
- Develop strategies for the company and its businesses to shape the future of the company
- Manage and lead different strategy and business development projects, especially cross-functional
- Financial modelling and analysis connected to, e.g., business plans, make or buy decisions, due diligence processes, and other cross functional issues between Nevs' large ongoing projects
Qualifications
We believe the successful candidate has:
- Sc in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Finance or Marketing
- Minimum three years of relevant strategy, business development, or PMO experience, e.g., from working as a business developer or as a management consultant
- Experience from the automotive industry
- Proven experience of leading projects
- Genuine interest in the automotive industry and the future of mobility services
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Have the ability to understand, summarize and communicate business and information
- Have excellent analytical and research skills
- Have a good problem solving and decision making skills
- Must have good organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Have the ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, both in English and in Swedish
- Be open minded and be able to adapt to new challenges, cultures and a dynamic working environment

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by IF Metall / Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
