INTRODUCTION
We are on to a historic and monumental journey at IKEA where we will develop and implement new ways of attracting our customers in creating a fantastic customer experience.
We're looking for a collaborative and energetic partner on this amazing journey. We see this is a unique chance to work on an innovation project, with the environment to grow and develop fast and take next development step further into the Swedish organization and beyond.
This role is a temporary assignment until approximately end of 2022 (subject to change), located at IKEA Malmö store.

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this project role you have a 3-5 years leadership experience from working in the Commercial areas HF&RD, Food, Selling or Customer Service Experience (or even better across functions) in store environment.
You have experience from leading and implementing projects or processes on a unit level.
You are a natural change maker, curious about innovation and development and how to implement it in daily business.
You have the capability to build strong and trustful relationships. You are a natural communicator that has the capability to influence without authority.
You have experience in successfully leading and delivering both business result and people development. You thrive in leading in the unknown and navigating and solving dilemmas together.
Keep the customer point of view at heart and able to use it when taking strategic, tactical and operational decisions. Naturally you share the IKEA vision, culture and values.

You have knowledge in following areas:
• Good business understanding: understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent understanding of the customer and co-worker needs, demands and expectations and commercial 'at heart'
• Knowledge to achieve organizational goals and objectives; understanding of KPIs used for success.
• Change management and leading in the unknown/exploring
• Stakeholder management: knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
• A strong communicator
• Team player and collaborator: As a person you have good collaborative mind-set in building relationships across the organization and having influence and personal impact by using good communication and negotiation skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working with a super team of cross functional colleagues, from global, country and store organizations. Working together is a key success factor; your responsibilities would include:
• Responsible for securing the successful implementation of new ways of working, working methods, internal service agreements aiming for optimal efficiency.
• Spider in the web, stakeholder management is key! Close collaboration with other stores in other countries, our People & Culture (HR department) among others.
• Co-owning the change management process, bringing IKEA Malmö co-workers on the journey to a new way of working. In an inclusive, engaging way.
• Responsible for managing and securing the transfer of knowledge to the organization as well as to relevant other relevant stakeholders.
• Responsible for delivering projects within expected quality, time and budget, by implementing solutions based on both market/global input
• Lead, coach and develop people & teams that will strongly contribute to reach the objectives and goals, for the project.
• Take lead in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co- workers are informed, engaged and empowered
• Lead positive change, and contribute to building a more unique, inclusive and accessible IKEA - guided by the People and Planet Positive commitments
