We are looking for a committed and passionate person who wants to join us in taking Volvo Car Sweden into the future. As Store Manager of the Volvo Studio, your will have the main responsibility to manage all the activities of the Volvo Studio operation. In addition, have the responsibility to secure that the highest level of service is given, building and maintaining great and long-term business relationships. Other key areas of focus are budgets and sales management, floor management, communication to and from the head office and most importantly working with the Volvo Car Culture towards your staff and your customers. Further, the leader of the Studio needs to have awareness of current and future trends applicable to a world class studio and ensure that the Studio is visually merchandised to an excellent standard.
Main responsibilities
* To provide exemplary customer service and manage the team to ensure this is executed
* Set and communicate retail standards across the store
* To monitor divisional sales and profit plan and deliver action plan to maximise performance
* Review competitor activity and develop strategies to exceed this
* You will report to Director Business Strategy and Innovation
* Handling, coaching and inspire at team of approx. 10 employees and ensure that they have the right capabilities to deliver their part
Required qualifications
* University Degree, or equivalent
* Extraordinary proven leadership capabilities
* Extraordinary customer service, organisational and time management skills
* Proven strong record in retail sales management
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Excellent decision-making and problem resolution skills
* Ability to handle multiple tasks within a changing environment
* Proficient in MS Office
* The position is located in Stockholm
* Good knowledge from the automotive is meritorious
