Part of the bioeconomy, Stora Enso is a leading provider of renewable solutions in packaging, biomaterials, wooden constructions and paper globally. Our customers include packaging producers, brand owners, paper and board producers, publishers, retailers, print houses, converters, and joinery and construction companies. We believe that everything that is made from fossil-based materials today can be made from a tree tomorrow. Our materials are renewable, reusable and recyclable, and form the building blocks for a range of innovative solutions that can help replace products based on fossil fuels and other non-renewable materials.

Stora Enso has some 26 000 employees in over 30 countries. Our sales in 2017 were EUR 10 billion, with an operational EBIT of EUR 1 billion. Stora Enso shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki Oy (STEAV, STERV) and Nasdaq Stockholm AB (STE A, STE R). We make every effort to use 100% of a tree for our products as well as for producing bioenergy. In production, we are pushing towards carbon neutrality as much as it is technically and commercially feasible. We practice and promote sustainable forestry, and work to ensure that more trees are planted than are harvested.

Stora Enso in Sweden is looking for a Bi-Lingual Recruitment Specialist to develop, manage and drive end-to-end recruitments within the Nordic Region. You are fluently bi-lingual in Finnish and Swedish.

Description
As a Recruitment Specialist at Stora Enso, you will be a professional partner to our managers and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process. You are part of a smaller team of great cohesion while working independently and responsible with your own end-to-end recruitments. The recruitment team operates in an international environment and supports all parts of the business, which means a wide range of positions and profiles to be recruited, which we hope you will find as exciting as we do.

As a recruiter with us you act on company hiring needs. In dialogue with the hiring manager you run end-to-end recruitment processes where you will be supported by a team of Recruitment Assistants. The right candidate will be assigned an area of responsibility consisting of several production units and functions, with full ownership of the hiring projects within the area of responsibility. Also, you take part in developing the recruitment function; continuously staying on top of the best advertisement channels, networks, screening tools or any way of working related to recruitment. We want to find the best candidates in the best possible way. Additionally, you are a true team player; wanting to help colleagues, collaborate in implementing new ideas, and to make each other better.

A great recruiter stands apart by excelling at talent identification, attraction and assessment, and by developing strong partnerships with the business and within HR. The Recruitment Specialist will do all of the above combined with strong business understanding, a passion for the craft, and a genuine commitment for providing an unforgettable candidate experience.

This position mainly focuses on the Stockholm region, but a portion of your projects will be in other parts of Sweden as well, or in Finland.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in recruitment of different types of positions where you have been independently responsible for your own recruitment processes. Experience from a big industrial company or staffing agencies is certainly relevant, but experience from other HR fields is also advantageous. You will have close collaboration with HR colleagues, which makes it a prerequisite with an academic degree in staff and behavioral science, alternatively knowledge and experience acquired through equivalent work. Experience of personality assessments and / or being certified in any test tool is a plus and you may be used to working with sourcing, for example through LinkedIn or other tools.

It is important that you are a natural relationship-building person who, with your dedication, drive and teamwork, also bring others forward. As a recruiter at Stora Enso, you work in a dynamic environment, which means that you need to be able to prioritize tasks, be well-organized, and have high personal integrity and business focus. As you will work in an international environment, it is important that you can communicate in English in both speech and writing. Also, you are fluently Bi-lingual in Swedish and Finnish.

The right personality is key for this type of role. You are service and solution orientated, open for feedback and new ideas, and truly enjoy meeting people. You combine being the structured project manager with your interest and skill in people and behavioral aspects. Finally, you can balance and combine offering your expert opinion with listening to line managers needs and requirements.

Frequent travelling is a natural part of the role. You report to the Recruitment Lead for Finland and Sweden. Your closest colleagues will be other recruitment specialists in Finland and Sweden.
