Are you looking for an exciting position where you will play a key role in shaping the direction of the management reporting? You will work with a professional team and together you contribute to all parts of the processes, from data collection to writing management reports. You will work in Stockholm, Helsinki or in one of our other major SSAB locations, and report to Head of Business Control for the group who is based in Stockholm.
The job
As Group Business Controller you will play a key role in shaping the direction of the management reporting. You will analyze operational performance to make it transparent what drives current and future financial performance.
The position includes:
Participation in management reporting on monthly basis.
Developing management reporting data accuracy and analytics both in graphic and written format.
Promote and support process optimization. Identify improvement opportunities to maximize value output.
Drive collaboration with stakeholders within Group Finance and Divisional Finance team.
Participation in ad-hoc management requests and Group Business Control projects.

Who you are
You have a degree in Finance (minimum bachelor degree) and you already have experience in business controlling. Genuine interest in SSAB business and analytical thinking is important in the role. To succeed you also need to be proactive and open-minded and you are capable to navigate both big picture conclusions, as well as details.
You are able to work under tight deadlines in a complex business environment. In addition, good technical skills using Aaro and CDW is needed as well as willingness to learn other IT tools. You are able to identify and initiate improvement in the management reporting together with the team.
You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English. You are a team player with good collaboration skills.
