Job Description
The team
We are creating a new team to unlock the full potential of our global TA community across regions: the Talent Acquisition Global Operations teams (TAGO).
By being the connector across our many TA teams across regions, brands and functions, the TAGO team will facilitate the creation and execution of our global roadmap for TA, delivering continuous improvement & innovation projects across TA processes, policy and programs.
The bottom-line impact of the team is focused on enabling the recruitment teams to have reduced time to hire, higher quality of hire, and lower cost per hire, and hence enabling our businesses to have the right people, at the right time.
We are therefore looking for a skilled TA Project Manager focusing on Volume Recruitment on a global scope, which includes our Store, Warehouse and Customer Service recruitment operations.
Job Description

In this role you will oversee the policy, processes, programs, and infrastructure used to enable volume recruitment, continuously iterating based on needs. You'll be responsible for identifying bottlenecks and challenges within the Volume Recruitment space across our regions, brands, and functions, and then designing, planning and delivering improvement projects with the global TA community.
Tool Assessment & Piloting
Understand business priorities, resources and readiness to pilot and implement volume assessment tools in different markets and stores.
Train and prepare store managers and TA partners to execute the improved version of the process during the piloting period.
Monitor and track tool usage, performance, and user satisfaction to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Identify, plan and define recommended improvements once the piloting period is final.

User research and understanding
Conduct user research to understand the recruitment process, pain points, and requirements of Talent Acquisition (TA) teams and store managers.
Engage with stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and observation to gather insights and feedback on recruitment processes and tools.
Analyze user research data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify areas of friction or usability issues through user feedback and conduct usability testing to validate and refine solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to actively listen to stakeholders, address concerns, and gather additional feedback.
Communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.


Process improvement, creation and standardization.
Continuously identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and challenges within the volume recruitment process across regions, brands, and functions.
Design and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline and optimize the volume recruitment workflow.
Develop and document standardized procedures, guidelines, and best practices for volume recruitment to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined workflows.
Define and track relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and ensure ongoing optimization.


Qualifications
You are a highly driven project manager and a strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage others. You thrive on challenging the status quo, having a holistic view on business, people, and the interdependencies within. You have a keen eye for identifying business opportunities and risks and use your exceptional listening and empathy skills to understand the realities of your customers and build together impactful and scalable solutions with an iterative approach.
Key competencies:
TA subject matter expertise, deep knowledge within volume recruitment in retail stores primarily, and ideally also for warehouses and/or customer service centers.
Project Management skills including ideation, conceptualization, planning, and incubation.
Excellent communication skills (including solid copywriting and fluent English).
Change Management and agile work methodology.
Data savviness (e.g., recruitment technology, analytics and reporting etc.)
Stakeholder engagement and management in a multi-market, multi-functional context.

What is your background?
Extensive TA experience, both in hands-on operational delivery, and tactical initiatives.
Extensive experience leading projects within HR and/or TA, i.e., full lifecycle project delivery
Experience working in agile work methodologies.
Experience managing processes in a global organization and facilitating change, handling cross functional and cross-country collaborations and communication.
Stakeholder management where you have been navigating, influencing, and engaging relevant key enablers in a multi-market environment to implement a change initiatives.
