Did we catch your attention? Welcome to Volvo Group Enterprise IT Security, where you'll be working in the Security Assurance team under Offensive Security Testing & Security Assurance! The team's main responsibilities include evaluating and validating security measures and controls, ensuring protection of critical assets and information, just to name a few. As Sr. Security Analyst, you'll also have an important role in improving, ensuring & enabling business continuity, overseeing the adoption and adherence to security baselines and policies.
What you will do
At Security Assurance, your main responsibilities include supporting and maintaining visibility to security, assisting and advising stakeholders to adopt best practices, creating awareness to ensure security is embedded from the get-go rather than an afterthought. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, analyzing vulnerabilities and risks to draw conclusions for possible mitigating activities and recommendations, contributing also to security awareness initiatives. You will promote a culture of security within the organization, communicating security risks and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders effectively, providing your expertise for internal and external security audits and assessments and most of all, collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements, ensuring continuous improvement and high-level of security.

Who are you?

We do too, and we are excited to grow together! In this role, you will succeed by having experience from the following or the determination to become even better:
Experience in NIST Cybersecurity Framework
Experienced in working with OT systems
Experience in performing gap and security risk assessments, facilitating tabletops
Experience in working with security architecture, cloud environments & third-party management services
Experience in working with internal and external security audits
Experience in assessing the effectiveness of security controls, providing Subject Matter Expertise
Certified in CISSP / CISA / equivalent, CCSP is a plus
Highly motivated with a passion for learning adversary tradecraft and applying your learnings & experience to protection methods
Skilled in prioritizing, scheduling, and tracking deadlines for vulnerability remediations in collaboration with diverse, global teams
Self-motivated in staying updated on the latest security threats, trends, and vulnerabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, experienced in presenting to stakeholders
Excellent knowledge-sharing skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong networking skills
