• Lead complex, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary projects across geographies
• Drive execution of projects by working directly with Design, Production, Engineering, and Intelligence teams on a day-to-day basis
• Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create dashboard wireframes and workflows
• Distill informal business requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives
• Work with leadership to define the strategy to execute against milestones and key deliverables
• Inform and build feature roadmaps including planning, delivery, critical paths and risks
• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and trade-offs to all appropriate stakeholders
• Establish program management processes to suit the team's specific needs, while increasing reliability in meeting our goals
• Understand the business priorities and keep the team on track by encouraging communication and collaboration
• Solid understanding of data and analytics. Ability to provide insights and decision-making based on data and learning
We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Player Analytics and Forecasting team, focusing on DICE products. This individual will be based in the DICE office, working closely with the development, marketing, ops, and Live Teams, as well as PAF team members around the world. The right candidate will be able to drive decision-making insights, experiments and engagement models to action.
Qualifications
• Extensive experience as a Program Manager for a technology company
• Some experience as a Program Manager defining and managing projects related to analysis and data science in the games industry
• Strong analytics and problem solving skills; Extremely data-driven and ability to lead prioritization process
• Practical knowledge of a variety of project management methodologies and have experience with an agile method of development (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Experience working with ALM solutions (JIRA, Confluence, TFS, Version One, etc.)
• Ability to remove blockers and 'get things done'
• Proven track record in building highly effective interpersonal business relationships and generating business in a highly matrixed organization
• Support Leadership in cultivating a strong intelligence organization: grow talent, make timely decisions, inspire and create a motivating workplace
• Experience working through technical stacks related to data on both sql and nosql environments.
