NKT HV Cables in Karlskrona is looking for a new manager for our Master and Detail planning department
In this position you will have a central role in almost all activities taking place in our facilities in Karlskrona, today the world largest High Voltage cable factory. Here you will lead a team consisting of technical preparators and our Master & Detail planners, all in a very dynamic and growing environment.
Senior leader with good understanding of planning
We are looking for a senior leader with previous industrial experience. You need to be analytical and solutions oriented with good skills in both verbal and written communication as well as comfortable in leading in constant change and have a good understanding of planning.
To succeed and develop the team the best way your main tasks will be:
* lead and drive your team to become their very best in a healthy and professional way
* be comfortable to work in digital environments and will be part in developing new applications and tools to serve the business.
* find new solutions and at the same time be risk aware all to secure our business results
* drive and challenge our operations for the benefit of the business.
* continuously collaborate with your interfaces
Open-minded and proactive leader with ability to see the overall picture
To succeed in this role you are a leader that allows the team to work independently with a strong ability to see the connections between planning, manufacturing and client demands. You are motivated to see others succeed and help the team to tackle a dynamic environment at the same time as you are.
You like to have many interfaces and work with process development to ensure that all interfaces connects to the department in a way that makes every day work as fun and effective as possible. To drive change and ensuring that all are onboard and inspired in the phase of change is something you enjoy.
In addition to the above you have some years of experience from working in a project and production environment, managing teams, continuous improvement and a good understanding of finance and costs. You have a solution oriented way of thinking to find the best ways to work as well as you have a strong commitment to safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
In addition to this, your CV comprises:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Engineering
* At least 5 years leadership experience
* Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English
* A high level of self-motivation, curiosity and desire to learn about new technologies is a plus
