We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to help drive the development and implementation of the HR Strategy in support of Amazon in Stockholm.

Your work assignments:

In this position you will partner with the EMEA AWS HR leader, HR team and various senior business leaders along with their respective leadership teams to assist in the development and execution of the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into a HR agenda that supports the business. The HR Business Partner will assess the human resources needs in areas such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development and drive the appropriate solutions in these areas.

We are looking for a Human Resource professional who has the ability to diagnose issues and influence solutions/outcomes. The individual in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization. You will need solid HR generalist skills, be willing and interested in getting involved in and to facilitate HR admin in support of your client group/s and their strategy/strategies. This role requires end to end HR support. You will need business acumen, excellent communication skills, influencing skills, strategic thinking and planning/project management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced, rigorous environment.

Your qualifications:

5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role University degree or MBA preferred Generalist HR experience including policy writing, solid exposure to Industrial Relations / Labour Relations including mitigating and resolving labour disputes Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions Strong Project/Program Management Skills Ability to relate to, influence and coach employees at all levels in the organization Effective communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills Ability to work independently Ability to work well across different functions and locations Team building and team development capabilities
