The Brand Manager will join a highly passionate, energetic solution orientated and entrepreneurial team that is working closely together to establish Absolut Elyx as the world's number one luxury vodka and to drive awareness and growth around the world.
The ideal candidate should have strong on- premise and cocktail knowledge, an excellent track record in project management and an experience working in the luxury segment.
OVERALL PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build the Absolut Elyx brand in collaboration with the brand team and partners globally by creating and executing strong business and marketing strategies and solutions to establish Elyx as the world's luxury
KEY ACTIVITIES
• Responsible for creation and management of all cocktail and drink support assets; photography/cocktail strategy
• Support Brand Team and local teams on ad hoc projects to build the Absolut Elyx brand globally
• Ensure implementation of central assets, such as iconic Elyx POS, brand and commercial guidelines to ensure visibility and rotation in selected bars and clubs around the world.
• Collaborate with lead markets to to support on global events and partnerships (Tales of the Cocktail, Elyx House LA visits, Elyx Boutique, AmFar...)
• Assist with the development of all brand communications, toolkits and educational materials
• Lead educational experiences in collaboration with Global Brand Ambassador
• Internal and external ambassador to build enthusiasm for the Absolut Elyx brand
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead cross functional projects and teams in TAC and with local markets
• Solution oriented self-starter with strong drive to achieve
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for and insight into the world of luxury brands
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work in a structured way in-spite of a constantly changing environment
• Team orientated
• Structured with good attention to detail
• Ability to take own initiative, focus on the customer and execute
• Genuine drive and passion for the drinks business
• Experience of on premise channel - understanding of cocktail culture & trade
• Market experience highly desirable
• International experience highly desirable with knowledge of the International Bartending Community
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office & PPT
• Ability to travel
• English spoken and written with great proficiency
