We are looking for a senior Analyst IT deployment for Coca-Cola European Partners based in our office south of Stockholm.

As our Senior Analyst, you be a part of the local Swedish IT team. You will be responsible for defining, testing and implementing EDI messages with Customers and Vendors with a focus on Sweden and the Nordics. You continuously deliver improvement initiatives based on identified opportunities for improvements in either business process or the use of technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness and follow through to implementation.
Your key responsibilities:
• Manage the communication with Customers, Vendors and Internal Stakeholders on the prioritization and status of the requests.
• Act as "key point of contact" with the business, establishing relationships with functional managers/directors
• Participate in the delivery of IT Projects for respective Business Unit & Functional Areas
• Provide 2nd level support; fully engaged through to resolution
• SAP knowledge
The role reports to Head of IT and is based in our office in Jordbro, south of Stockholm.
To be successful in this role you need ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems. You also have the ability to work with multiple technical teams to facilitate problem resolution. You 're a great communicator with strong analytical skills and a strong team player, with the ability to connect, demonstrate a positive mind-set, high energy, 'can-do' attitude, flexibility and integrity. You have a consultative approach and experience from project management.
Additionally we are looking for an individual who has/with:
• A Bachelor degree in computer science, business management, or industry-related curriculum or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of IT and business related experience
• Advanced PC skills, Office skills and technical skills in the area of EDI and middleware systems
• Technical knowledge of the technologies used within functional areas (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, etc)
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools
• The ability to plan and work independently, under tight deadlines
• Good communications skills and fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbally
