Job description
Encourage safe works practices and environmental protection, sanctioning that safety standards are respected
Ensure the gratification of the project quality and contractual necessities
Ensure the set-up of detailed schedules for works carried out directly and works handled by subcontractors, solving assignment problems on site and optimizing the use of materials, works team and available materials.
Support the management of interfaces with engineering departments for drawings and materials availability
Coordinate all interdisciplinary field works on site, supervising all disciplines of construction and assembly works
Ensure the progress data gathering and analysis in order to prepare the work progress reports. Give technical support for the correct quantities accounts of the works, monitoring production parameters in terms of efficiency and productivity
Evaluate all information concerning the progress of the work, signifying the causes of deviations between the program and the work carried out and suggest clarifications and/or request instructions to overcome these problems
Manage the interfaces with the purchaser for all the matters relevant to construction activities
Coordinate the execution of multidisciplinary construction actions and manage activities assigned to subcontractors, given that the guidelines for the implementation of the works and monitoring the adequacy of manpower and equipment to face the construction activities
Certify the achievement of the established construction marks, including the mechanical completion objectives, in the given area
Guarantee and coordinate the mobilization and demobilization of the assigned resources, in agreement with the project planned time frame and project needs
Ensure the implementation of recovery plans, if needed, including the re-planning of the activities and the reassignment of the scope of work to the subcontractors, or intervening with direct hiring personnel.
Requirements:
Higher technical education
5 years of experience in oil and gas sphere
Experience in participating in pipeline construction projects
Experience in planning construction activities
Knowledge of international Construction standards, codes and regulations
Experience in application of HSE Project Plan
Knowledge of mechanical works(steel structures prefabrication, erection equipment erection, machinery installation)
Knowledge of QA/QC plan and methods, procedures and requirements for the related application
