Your role
As a specialist within the Public & Sustainability affairs team at Corporate Relations you will have an integral role in the development of our journey towards sustainability with focus on social responsibility and human rights.

You will work closely with different functions in Scania, such as Human Resources, Compliance, Purchasing and Commercial Operations, to support and improve our approach to systematically integrate social responsibility and human rights in their organisations, both in our HQ and across our global network. Your role is to coordinate, make an overall analysis, and to ensure a systematic approach -of Scania's work with social responsibility and human rights that leads to tangible results.

Your tasks

Continuously monitor and report our positive and negative social impacts including Human Rights across our operations and value chain.
Initiate and improve methods for key processes such as risk assessment, compliance, due diligence, purchase and sales.
Work as an internal expert in the field of Social Responsibility and Human Rights.
Train managers and employees through integration of these areas into existing programs.
Develop relevant KPIs and targets.
Contribute with subject knowledge to our communication and to our reporting.
Work as a contact and spokesperson in the area in relevant external networks in Sweden and internationally.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience within the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Sustainability and Human Rights. Relevant experience from the public sector or the civil society is a merit. You have a strong personal interest in the area and an ability to work independently and take own initiatives.
