• Manage all marketing efforts and social media management
• Manage operations of clinic
• Contribute to customer success team efforts and policy creation
• Perform laser hair removal treatments
• Perform synergi facial treatments
• Facilitate resolution to the largest most complex clinical issues and inquiries, solving non-routine problems, and ensuring patient satisfaction with products and services
• Identify and influences systemic enterprise change that impacts improved performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality/services (e.g., policies, processes or systems)
• Identify enterprise improvement opportunities and challenges self and others to develop and/or facilitate solutions
• Serve as conduit to educate and enable care coordination between stakeholders resulting in an optimal healthcare experience and patient satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a core science (Biology, Chemistry) or 4 year nursing degree required
• Candidate must be a native English speaker
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical practice experience including direct patient care
• Minimum of three (3) years experience with electronic medical records
• Experience with implementation of electronic medical record system
• Prior experience working at a startup or new business
• Minimum two (2) years experience in customer service
• Knowledge of the US market for aesthetic medicine
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations for all levels of management
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and technology/software applications
• Demonstrates flexible, consultative critical thinking and action planning
• Excellent time management, organizational, research, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence diverse teams
