Nu söker vi en Spansktalande säljare/rekryterare inom Telekom för Paracell Resources AB i Kista.

What we do

In the Agency discipline in ParaCell we work with contract staffing for telecom projects in emerging markets, where the telecom penetration is at low levels and growth can be foreseen for many years from now. The assignments as required by our customers are of a broad range both in terms of country, duration and technical knowledge required. ParaCell addresses the full spectrum of competence needed in the telecom sector, with a speciality in project management positions.
We find the optimal candidate for a particular assignment through our contact network or through our contractor domain of people where we have thousands of people registered with ParaCell seeking an international assignment. We have in-house developed systems for searching the right candidates and tracking our process in securing and following up contracts.
Our customers are main players in the telecom industry and can be both operators or vendors (e.g. Ericsson).

What we seek

We are searching for persons that can drive sales for our Agency discipline against our international customers.

Sales people handling the consultant domain: This position requires skills in sales/negotiations as you will "sell" the assignment to the right candidate and negotiate an attractive deal for both parties. The work is done over telephone and mail. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation relating to the assignment is arranged.

We want people that are passionate about doing business and closing deals at fast pace. Telecom experience is valued but not at all a must. The true must is that you enjoy fast decision making and constant interaction with other people while having several cases in the air simultanously. Background from fast consumer business sales is valued.
You must be fluent in English and spanish, both in writing and verbally..
