The job
As our Group UE Sourcing Specialist you will be a key person in our strategy to develop UniCarriers short term sourcing. You might be called the "wizard" of our global inventory (or population), giving all effort to find deals for our customers. By monitoring and exploring the trading industry you will expand and maintain networks, both internally and externally, developing new relationships with sourcing and trading partners throughout Europe. The primary task is sourcing and your ideas and innovation will help us develop tools and processes for finding, matching and coordinating deals. Your expertise will be an important support for our market and sales department. You will also participate in the continuous development of our IT-tools/platforms where there are many new possibilities waiting to be put in to proper use.
Who Are you
Since the role is global, dynamic, fast paced and filled with unexplored possibilities (opportunities), you need a "can-do" attitude and perseverance to push through for all stakeholders and customers until the deal is done. There are deals waiting to happen if only the right people are connected with the right information at the right time - you are the one making sure that connection is made. Networking skills and relationship building is critical, but you also need to have a systematic mind set. We believe setting priorities and developing a structure to handle both strategic development and daily operation is key. You need technical ability to judge machine status and repair requirements. A learning mindset, meaning you don't dwell on mistakes, but adapt and learn to improve and invite others to support you is also important.

Preferred Experience/skills: Secondary technical school i.e. mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, automation etc. Selling, buying, negotiation skills. Experience from material handling industry. Machinery equipment maintenance and service experience. Multi-cultural and international relationship. Swedish and English, fluent in reading, writing and speaking.
