The position is at our IT-department, in the Shared Support Functions (SSF) division. This division have three different areas, where the in common characteristic is that we develop and maintain cross shared solutions for the H&M Group, thus delivering to most of our business functions. The BI/Analytics department is one of the three delivery areas within SSF and is one of Sweden's largest within the BI/Analytics field. We work over a wide spectrum of technologies and cross the whole range of BI/Analytics capabilities to enable our business to become more and more data driven.
As Sourcing Responsible you will act as the "sourcing strategy channel" into the delivery areas within the department, through driving the sourcing strategy process, coaching the delivery area into the right strategic direction and communicating the division's sourcing strategy. This includes driving the sourcing transformation according to the sourcing roadmap and being an active part in the process of choosing the most suitable sourcing to be able to meet future challenges within your area. You will also assure that we have the best collaboration with our vendors as well as coach and lead other leaders within the area in these aspects.
The Sourcing Responsible role is part of the Delivery Area management team with close collaboration with other steering roles in the Delivery Area. This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be a part of a dynamic and global delivery organization.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to see the big picture and produce sourcing strategies and tactical sourcing plans that go hand in hand with our strategic delivery goals. You are a strong communicator and a person that enjoy building good relationships as well as a strong leader with drive and integrity.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Sourcing Responsible at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Drive the sourcing strategy and sourcing transformation work in the delivery area
• Steering, support and follow-up of the implementation of sourcing strategies in the Delivery Area
• Drive implementation of sourcing related way of working
• Coach delivery areas in the sourcing strategic direction and way of working
• Participating in the constant improvement and development of the Sourcing function at SSF
• Cooperation with other sourcing roles at the division and Central Sourcing organization
• Close cooperation with our vendors to improve our collaboration, with focus on excellent and right deliveries
• Oversee that the vendors /service providers' performance is up to par with required service
• Steering, support and follow-up of ongoing procurements
• Act as Contract Manager and occasionally act as Procurement Lead in collaboration with legal experts

And your skills include:
• Experience from management roles within IT
• A couple of years of experience of:
- leading, coaching and supporting other leaders
- change management and/or practical implementation of new ways of working
- strategic planning
• Experience of:
- working with external suppliers of IT services and IT systems
- procurement processes and vendor relations
- contract management
- project management
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing
It is a plus if you have experience from working with offshore partners.
