Our function IT Sales Store maintains and develops IT solutions that creates an exciting shopping adventure for our customers in all our stores globally.
Retail is market in transformation with changing customer behavior, tech as the catalyst and changing competitive landscape. All these changes demand us to constantly adapt our sourcing and vendor set-up. As a Sourcing Responsible within IT Sales Store you will be driving the strategic change from a sourcing perspective in collaboration with the delivery responsible. You will be supporting the delivery area in the right strategic direction and communicating the division's sourcing strategy as well as being part in the process of choosing the best sourcing options. Key elements in implementation of the strategy is to prepare and initiate procurement projects as well as work with implementing and improving sourcing processes and way of working. You will have an overall responsibility over a part of the divisions procurement projects.
As the Contract Manager you will participate in contract implementation, lead and support the contract life cycle and provide contract training.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Sourcing Responsible comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun! Your to do-list includes:
Prepare and initiate procurement projects according to the divisions sourcing strategy and be an active part in the process of choosing the most suitable sourcing option and provide a long list of possible suppliers
Make sure that sourcing related initiatives uses the right processes, tools and way of working
Drive sourcing transformations
Have an overall responsibility that the sourcing deliveries is according to standard in all the phases (Plan & Prepare, Procurement, Establish & Integrate Vendor and Manage Delivery & Contract)
Lead and support the contract lifecycle
Lead and support commercial discussions and contract issues with vendors
Ensure good relations with our vendors
Negotiate contract changes with existing vendors
Write and interpret contracts
You will also play an important role in decision forums and head internal training sessions regarding sourcing

And your skills include:
Minimum 5 years of IT purchasing, contract management and/or vendor management
Several years' experience of leading negotiations
Experience of purchasing complex IT services
Substantial experience of writing and interpreting contracts
Fluent in Swedish and English
