hela Sverige Boliden's Procurement department is responsible for coordinating and developing the work of purchasing products and services. Boliden Group has operations in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Ireland. We are now looking for a Sourcing Manager to be based in Rönnskär, Skelleftehamn.
Through efficient sourcing of products and services, the Sourcing Manager works actively to reduce Boliden?s cost level, maximize supplier value and manages supply risks.
As a Sourcing Manager you work primarily in the Sourcing process by evaluating, qualifying and selecting suppliers and conduct negotiations implements the category strategy and leads sourcing and negotiation cases. A Sourcing Manager also maintains a close collaboration with the Category Managers and assist in implementing category strategies on a local basis. Furthermore you secures that set goals are met and that the stakeholder satisfaction with the services delivered is met.
The Sourcing Manager contributes to the fulfilment of purchasing goals by:
• Sourcing execution , Secure progress in own sourcing initiatives in order to deliver annual savings in line with agreed sourcing plan
• Contract Management , Secure that contracts are based on correct templates and contains all necessary specifications and clauses. Secure that contracts are archived and followed-up.
• Supplier Relationship Management , To establish and maintain a structured governance model for key suppliers in own category
• Stakeholder management , To establish and maintain good working relations with key stakeholders. The Sourcing Manager is proficient in assessing and challenging stakeholder needs, requirements, preferences and expectations
• Provide input to formulation and execution of Category strategy
• Secure EBP processes
• Safety , Measure and follow up supplier LTI:s
You have an academic degree and/or several years of relevant work experience preferable experience of strategic sourcing, either from a role in procurement or from operations. The role also requires you to have good communication skills, computer literacy and negotiations skills. Experience of Maximo, e-sourcing is seen as an advantage.
As a person, you should be analytic, structured, a good problem solver, creative, self-motivated and driven. You should be able to work both independently and as a team player. It is important that you have a high level of integrity, ethics and morals.
The group language is English, and you must therefore have a good command of both spoken written and presenting both in English and Swedish. As travel will feature in your work, you must have a class B driving license.
