Job Summary:
Technical Consultancy Sourcing is recruiting a talented Sourcing Business Partner (SBP) to lead R&D and IT outsourcing strategy definition & execution and stakeholder interaction globally in complex and strategically important areas. The SBP will be based in Stockholm and belong to a diverse team of highly qualified sourcing professionals located in US, Sweden and China.

The SBP has the responsibility to ensure effective sourcing of Technical Consultancy Services, in alignment with Group Sourcing strategies, the R&D and IT Consultancy Category strategies and corporate policies and directives. The work includes strategic handling of the existing supplier base, consisting of world leading international companies, the selective introduction of suppliers to strengthen Ericsson business, as well as cross-functional team coordination, in particular participation in the decision making for products in close cooperation with stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Deliver a best in class Sourcing service both operationally and strategically to the assigned stakeholder organizations.
Work closely with stakeholders to stay updated on the business and product roadmaps, plans, changes and requirements as they arise
Proactively analyze the global supplier/industry ecosystem and understand Technical Consultancy suppliers capabilities
Provide the stakeholder organizations with industry best practices, business intelligence and benchmarking/research
Establish and maintain cooperation with stakeholders through early engagement in the make/buy process and joint strategy development
Ensure that stakeholder needs are recognized and addressed in the Technical Consultancy Category strategies and the PSL (Preferred Supplier Lists)
Create and manage the funnel of outsourcing activities. Provide the Sourcing organization with the Stakeholder organization's forward looking requirements in order to increase readiness and decrease procurement lead time
Perform scenario analysis and secure most efficient usage of external partners linked to adjustments needed to meet budget frames
Engage with stakeholder teams at all levels with regards to requirement or assignment specifications and to provide guidance regarding categories & prices for new and existing assignments
Assure availability to all stakeholders to drive escalations in liaison with associated SRMs (Supplier Relationship Managers)
Drive selected procurements/outsourcings. Evaluate and select suppliers in close collaboration with stakeholders. Negotiate and conclude agreements with suppliers in liaison with associated SSMs (Strategic Sourcing Managers) and SRMs
Govern supplier relationships and develop supplier value jointly with SRMs e.g. proactively identify and implement business models to increase value generation from suppliers
Work closely with the global Group Sourcing team to develop and mold sourcing strategies, drive business synergies, share best practices

Key Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of the development and operational business environment for internal/external R&D and IT
Ability to understand/drive strategic thinking, translate it into tactical deliverables and drive detailed execution
Understanding of the Ericsson business environment
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Ability to influence, manage and interface with all levels of management across multiple domains and geographical and organizations boundaries (team player) ; leadership through cross-functional networks
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at any level
Excellent English language skills
5-10 years of experience relevant experience is preferred
Additional Requirements:
Pro-active/motivated with strong communication, negotiation, creativity, problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to take a holistic view and to drive change in a dynamic and challenging environment

Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, growth environment both in a team setting and independently

Excellent program execution skills with proven negotiation experience and influencing skills

Strong focus for achieving results and operational excellence
