hela Sverige You work in the Supply Chain Team (today nine persons) in a role dedicated to buying material and sub-contractor services needed for production. You secure materials and services with best price, efficient stock management and cost-effective transportation. The work combines operational routines, problem solving, analytics, and multi-tasking in many areas.
A part of the job includes planning and leading improvement activities and projects. The team and mill has a strong development focus and runs programs on work safety, lean and process development in the supply chain area.
Daily creation, follow-up and control of purchase orders
• Optimize and secure raw material stock levels
• Check delivery orders and invoiced prices from suppliers
• Follow price and supplier trends on raw material
• Update, review, interact and develop existing suppliers
• Find, negotiate and make agreements with new suppliers
• Secure quality of supplier master data, account profile information and supplier product information
• Participate and lead supply chain development projects
• Contribute with continuous improvement work in the supply chain team
• Collaborate with team members to achieve work targets and financial goals
• Bring personal competence and inspiration to develop the team and processes
• Completed Upper Secondary or College/University level education in relevant area
• Some years of work experience in procurement, logistics, production planning or customer services
• Skills and interest in general operations management and process development
• Fluent in speaking and writing professional Swedish and English
• Handy IT skills (MS Office, business systems (e.g. SAP, IFS) or relevant on-line solutions)
Ställdalen plant has approximately 140 employees and produces specialized nonwowens for the hygiene, construction and automotive customers.
