We are looking for a Supervisor to our successful Solutions H&M Customer Service team where you will be joining an engaged team that delivers high quality service to our global customer.

We offer you a challenging position in the freight forwarding industry with a global customer. Also you will have the opportunity to organize and impact directly team's deliverables in the daily operational routines.

Key responsibilities:

You will daily be handling a variation of tasks within freight forwarding and transportation. In the Solution H&M Customer Service department we handle import related customer service tasks with daily contact with customer, suppliers and other stakeholders. Coordination with colleagues globally to ensure that all shipments are duly prepared for arrival.

You will be coordinating and handling operational team routines related to our Solutions Customer and you will secure that our deliverables as Control Tower destination among others are delivered, this will include shipments monitoring, resolution of internal & external customer queries, service issues and handling escalations.

The position will also be responsible to coordinate shipment pre advice routines, customer invoice handling, supplier invoices, costs and benefit calculations in a daily basis. Position also requires GSC coordination.

Who are we looking for:

We believe you have experience in working in an Operations or Customer service team, preferably with experience from the Logistics sector working with Supply Chain Management. The ability to handle a large workload without compromising the cooperation with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders. The will and capacity to take responsibility and deliver on set targets with the customer in focus. A Passion to drive closures & high level customer service orientation as well as organizing team activities in the team as you will be a Key team player.

• A genuine interest in the financial aspects of the daily operations.
• A high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• SAP knowledge within vendor PO and SO handling is preferable
• Project management and change management is an advantage
• GSC Global Service Centre experience
• An educational background within freight forwarding or similar educational background is an advantage.

A University degree within logistics or economics or similar educational background is an advantage
