We are now looking for a new Solutions H&M Customer Service associate located in Arendal, Gothenburg.

We are looking for a new member to our Solutions H&M Customer Service team. The Solutions Customer Service associate will be the single point of contact for all queries related to the Solutions Customer and will be responsible for booking, planning of Shipments as per customer SOP, resolution of customer queries, service issues and handling escalations. We are working to build a long-term cooperation and relationship with our customer, where we as a professional partner in transportation, logistics and freight forwarding perform our delivery towards the customer with the highest quality.

Key responsibilities:

You will daily be handling a variation of tasks within freight forwarding and transportation. In the Solution H&M Customer Service department we handle import related customer service tasks with daily contact with customer, suppliers and other stakeholders. Coordination with colleagues globally to ensure that all shipments are duly prepared for arrival. The position will also be responsible to coordinate shipment pre advice routines, customer invoice handling, supplier invoices, costs and benefit calculations in a daily basis. Position also requires GSC coordination.

Who are we looking for:

We believe the candidate we are searching for have:

• At least 2 years experience in a large Operations / Customer service teams with minimum 1 year experience in the Logistics sector with Customer facing experience
• Ability to plan and prioritise
• Problem solving skills
• The ability to handle a large workload without compromising the cooperation with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• A creative mind-set and being adaptable to change.
• Professional attitude/behaviour
• Good communication skills
• Well organized and ability to be a true team-player
• Deliver on set targets with the customer in focus
• A genuine interest in the financial aspects of the daily operations
• SAP knowledge within vendor PO and customer SO handling is preferable
• GSC Global Service Centre experience
• A high proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
• An educational background within freight forwarding or similar educational background is an advantage.

A University degree within logistics or economics or similar educational background is an advantage.
