We are looking for a Solution Team Leader ERP - Finance to join our ERP Competence Center. We are on our road to the future and welcome you to join us!
In this job as a Solution Team Leader ERP - Finance in ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems you will be a member of a highly driven and competent team and work at our headquarters in Landskrona. What you will be doing
As a Solution Team Leader ERP - Finance you will lead the ERP AX Finance team which consists of both internal team members and consultants.
You will run and develop the solutions in your scope and lead and inspire your team. You will also:
• Work with further development of our ERP template and be a speaking partner to the finance department in relation to incoming and decided requests.
• Drive changes for business applications and participate in CAB meetings and be responsible for business application changes and demands.
• Work with Application suppliers and secure agreements, communication and processes.
• Be responsible for interaction and dialog with the Super users and business stakeholders.
• Produce key messages, presentations and strategic documents to support awareness, interest and secure the buy-in for IT with stakeholders throughout the organization on all levels.
• Be responsible for thecommunication around the solutions and applications with third parties (vendors and suppliers).
• Work close with the supplier support organization to have continuity of monitoring Incident tickets for Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Be involved in standardization work for finance.
What we are looking for
We think that you have previous experience from a similar job, preferably in a big international or national company.
Maybe you have a background as ERP specialist with focus on Finance in a consultant company or within a larger company. We believe that you have good knowledge in project methods and of ITIL.
We also believe that you have experience of working with test/validation and changes in a structured way.
To thrive in our organization you need to be a good communicator with strong business understanding, self- and result driven, and a team player with the ability to prioritize.
Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
