hela Sverige For the Architecture Function we are looking for a Solution Owner to join and strengthen our function. You will strengthen our architecture capabilities by implementing an architecture tool and repository (i.e. iServer from Orbus) during spring 2018 and a solution owner is needed from start to ensure that the users of the solution will get a relevant, user friendly and reliable solution that helps them achieve the tasks and goals of Business Solution Range & Supply in general and the Architecture Function specifically.
The Architecture function at Business Solutions Range & Supply consists of Business Architects and IT Architects, divided in two teams; Range and Supply. The function is an integral part of IKEA's global Business Solutions organization. We are responsible for defining and enforcing architecture across our eight Solution areas. The position will be a member of the Architecture Function and report to the Architecture Manager. Location; Helsingborg or Älmhult.
The assignment can be divided in three core parts;
Ways of working and solution support
• Contribute to the development of best practices and ways of working related to Architecture capabilities, tasks and deliverables including efficient usage of the solution.
• Develop and secure relevant learning and communication for the solution.
• Provide and secure support for the solution in co-operation with the supplier of the solution.
Holistic Architecture
• Contribute to establishment and publication of the holistic architecture views and deliverables to various number of stakeholders.
• Contribute to assessment, quality assurance and consistency of the architecture artefacts created and maintained in the solution.
• Maintain and administrate the META model, base data and templates required for holistic and consistent architecture.
Solution development and ownership
• Responsible for supplier and contract management including service level fulfilment of the assigned solution(s).
• Lead continuous improvement of the solution(s). Lead/participate in change control decision forum and responsible for any order towards IT suppliers.
• Manage budget for the assigned solution(s), provide budget input for follow up & review forecasts and accruals.
All in collaboration with the architecture management, aspect leaders, architects and relevant business solution functions!
