PolyPeptide Group is currently looking for a Solution Manager to their ERP and Application services team within the expanding Global IS/IT department in Malmö. Join us and you will partake in an interesting journey where you will be an essential link between the business and IS/IT.
What you will do
In your position as Solution Manager you will play an important role in the work of setting the global roadmap for ERP and application maintenance. You will be working proactively together with your stakeholders, and together you will ensure that applications and processes meet both current and future demands. You are also technically responsible for administration, maintenance and support as well as securing continuity by monitoring and closing incidents.
As a Solution Manager you will:
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in order to define the current and future state of business processes and applications
Produce key messages, presentations and strategic documents to support awareness, interest and secure buy-in for IS/IT with stakeholders throughout the organization on all levels
Working tactically and strategically in setting the global roadmap for maintenance and development of applications in order to meet the future state of business processes
Work closely with third party vendors in order to secure continuity of daily operations, life cycle management and change management
Work with and secure documentation around processes and business applications
In order to be successful we believe that you have:
* Strong knowledge in MS Dynamics AX 12
* Experience of working with test, validation and change in a structured way
* Understanding of IS/IT, business and processes requirements as well as applications
* The ability to build credible relationships both with the immediate team as well as across the organization
* Experience from working in an international environment
* Good communication skills; both oral and written
* Relevant academic background (university or similar)
* Service minded approach and a positive attitude
It is also beneficial if you have a background within the Pharmaceutical industry, and if you are familiar with concepts such as GMP and GAMP as well as PM3 and ITIL.
The job requires occasional business trips to our sites in USA, Europe and India
