We are now looking for a Solution Leader/Business Analyst Aftermarket Technology
In this role you will be reporting to the Delivery Manager VCE Europe, Solution Center VCE.

Role mission & context
You will assume responsibilities for a group of applications including CHAIN, GRWS and COLS. It is a mixed portfolio of cloud-applications, .Net and Mainframe applications and you will be interfacing a number of stakeholders in Volvo CE Aftermarket Technology. The initial focus will be on CHAIN, which is based on ServiceNow (market leader in case handling solutions) and will be used both internally at Volvo CE in processes such as Product Maintenance, Parts Request, and externally at dealerships such as Technical Support, Support Tools and several other aftermarket processes at Volvo CE. CHAIN will be a major solution for Volvo CE with some 5000 users, introduced in 2018, being further developed over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities
• Main point of contact for business requirement, roll out needs etc.
• Secure that the Solution delivery plan is aligned with the level of business criticality for the solution
• Define authorization rules for application access and manage application access
• Handle the Process & Solution Key User network in collaboration with the Solution Process Developer
• Secure solution competence for functional application support
• Secure continuity management for the solution
• Propose prioritization of changes in the solution like error corrections and change requests
• Propose the release plan for the solution including new development in line with business priorities
• Define and decide which business functionality, or information integrity tests to be part of a user acceptance test and secure that user acceptance test will be performed
• Make sure that training needs are identified and training plan is secured for the solution including complete training material
• Propose changes that make the software product more efficient and/or reduce operation or maintenance cost
• Provide input to visual design related to end user perspective
• Understand complex issues and identify opportunities and risks
• Recommend alternative solutions and identify deficiencies when necessary
• Provide process and functional application support (business solution support) within the dedicated solution area
• Communicate enhancement estimates to the manager of the business solution portfolio, Process Manager or equivalent
• Ensure that the solution lifecycle is properly executed
• Set the requirements and approve hand over from project to maintenance
• Secure that all individual solutions within the assigned sub-portfolio continuously adhere to Volvo Group Policies, Directives and Guidelines
• Secure alignment to governance directives, best practices, business processes and implement recommended tools and methods
• Propose needed service level targets

Wanted Profile
As a Solution Leader/Business Analyst you will create an efficient and trustful day-to-day operation. You have proven experience in business and excel in demonstrating core values according to the Volvo Way.

Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.

Required Competencies
• Relevant university degree
• Strong business understanding in the Aftermarket area
• Ability to drive key users network, understand needs
• Ability to manage in a functional environment
• Ability to drive change
• Excellent communication & presentation skills are a requirement
• Complete proficiency in English is a requirement
