The Basware Extended Support team in Sweden is looking for a Solution / Integration Consultant to understand, define and implement customer requirements for Basware software solutions and services.
Solution / Integration Consultant
We work with Basware's largest and most important customers. We work in partnership with our customers to develop a long-term relationship that will benefit both parties.
The Extended Support team in Sweden is looking for an experienced and capable consultant to join the team. You will work with large Scandinavian customers. You will develop an understanding of the way these businesses operate so that you can help to propose continuous improvements to their Basware solution. As well as a good technical understanding of Basware products you will need to be able to build strong customer relations together with a strong focus on customer service.
Your job profile will include:
• Customer Relationship Management
• Technical Incident Management
• Incident Investigation and Resolution
• Business Process Reviews
• Solution Design and Build
• Solution Testing and Interface Testing
• Co-ordination with global teams, internally and with the customer
• Collaboration with Professional Services and Sales teams
• Documentation
To be successful in this position you should be/have:
• Experience with building interfaces to ERP systems
• Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP or Oracle, would be a distinct advantage with familiarity of business processes around procurement and accounts payable being of direct relevance.
• Programming skills in any of .Net (with focus on C#), VB6, Java, C/C++, SQL would be an advantage.
• Experience of working in a similar role.
• Ability to build customer relationships for the long term
• A customer-service minded approach
• A focus on quality of delivery
• A degree equivalent in a relevant subject such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Elctrical Engineering or Mathematics.
• Fluent in English.
