We are now looking for a Solution Engineer (Business Analyst)
GLOPPS (Global Parts Planning system) is a inhouse developed solution supporting processes where Volvo Group Designed parts are prepared for aftermarket usage
As Solution Engineer you will be part of a global solution team who is responsible for the full solution life management cycle being a link between the business stakeholders and solution management/IT development for the solution GLOPPS to provide the right solutions and expertise.
Your Responsibilities
As Solution Engineer you interact with various team members and business stakeholders to identifies their needs and provide the right solutions and expertise.
You will take the lead in delivering the solution that best supports business requirements, using various technologies, products and platforms.
To do so, you balance various aspects of the delivery, from end to end as well as pro-actively research advanced technology to find the best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions.
You will also provide functional business solution support.
Your profile:
University degree in Computer Science, Development or similar
Experience of working with implementation projects and application support
Proficiency in English which enables you to take part in international projects
Experience from working with Agile, DevOps or similar methodologies
A good understanding of both business and IT
