What you'll do
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision. You will be participating in the planning, definition, and high-level design of the solutions as well as defining subsystems and their interfaces, keeping in mind the economic framework when analyzing the impact of design decisions. You will work with stakeholders, product management, and suppliers to establish high-level solution intent, establish critical NFRs for the solution and work with portfolio stakeholders to develop, analyze and realize the implementation of enabler epics. You will be responsible for managing the Architectural Runway as weel as support the agile teams in defining, exploring, and implementing enablers, provide oversight, and foster Built-In Quality and Team and Technical Agility
You and your skills & experiences
You have a bachelor's or equivalent in a relevant skill;
You have extensive experience in defining architectures in multiple different platforms;
You love a complex global environment and it's a plus if you have experience in the after-market, e-commerce or similar;
You are a true team player and excellent in communication and collaboration;
As a person you have the team's needs before your own, you're an ambassador for the agile ways of working;
You are result-driven and always have a holistic view regarding architecture.
