We have an opening for a Solution Architect ready to join in to work with multiple ongoing projects and of course a great team that work with our global online expansion in the logistics area. You and the team will define and translate strategy and business needs into solutions.
The internal project team you will work with consists of around 10 people including project leaders, requirement analysts, architects and a test lead. Both employees and local consultants located in Stockholm/Marievik and Borås. Since the delivery model is complex, you and the team will handle parallel projects and initiatives in a fast-paced tempo.
The purpose of the projects is to align a bought SaaS solution with initiatives connected to our global online expansion. This will be done by working across teams and divisions, intense collaboration with external vendors, project leaders, requirement analysts and several stakeholders. Altogether to secure a stable delivery to our customers.
Focus areas in your role as a Solution Architect will for instance be; secure that the SaaS solution is used in the best way possible by our stakeholders, creation of blueprints, participate in workshops, secure roadmaps and ensure that milestones are being met by applying your architectural skills... to name a few.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Solution Architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
Architect for prioritized projects and initiatives within the Online Transport area
Work closely with other architects/stakeholders within IT and vendors
Work with roadmaps and target architecture
Secure that the bought SaaS solution is implemented by H&M in a sustainable way
Handle parallel projects and initiatives at the same time
Be the liaison and bridge between business, IT and vendor
Act as a representative for the area in cross-functional initiatives and contribute to all initiatives from a vendor SaaS architecture perspective
Coordinate multi system changes
Lead pre-studies
Create blue prints
Participate in workshops
Manage, follow-up and deliver results per project goal/s
Closely work together with other project members and stakeholders - for example business project leaders within the Logistics and Online area and Customer service to deliver and contribute to the project 's success
Have a customer focus and commercial mindset in planning and decision making
Hand over to maintenance situation
Continuously work with Continues Service Improvements according to ITIL

And your skills include:
At least 5 years of experience working as a Solution Architect or similar role
Good leadership skills
Good skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
