You will be part of an international team, spread out around the world. Your mission
As the Solution Architect - Microsoft 365, you will work both tactical and operational.
You will be part of the 3rd line function for Microsoft 365, and responsible for the Technical Architecture of the global Microsoft 365 platform together with your colleagues.
In that role you will be involved in for example:
* Technical architecture of Epiroc's Microsoft 365 environment
* Project activities of integrating new companies into Epiroc
* Solving Microsoft 365 tickets in 3d line and guiding 2nd line
* Develop Epiroc Microsoft 365 platform to meet future demands
The Microsoft 365 platform and services on the platform is accessed and used by Epiroc colleagues all over the world (+15 000 users).
Your profile
You like challenges, are pro-active to find solutions and surpassing expectations motivates you. Furthermore, you are a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, who enjoys collaboration both on an internal and external level. To be successful, you should be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change.
You have a university degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of working experience within large global companies using the Microsoft 365 platform. You are familiar working with backend of Microsoft 365 and are very familiar operating with services and applications such as:
Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One Drive, M365 Security etc.
You also have a deep understanding of various components/services such as:
License Management, Azure, Azure AD, Active Directory, DNS, MFA, PowerShell, IIS SMTP, Mail Security etc.

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden
Epiroc IT location in Stockholm, Czech Republic and Australia can also be considered.
In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, local terms and conditions for the given location will apply.
Travel from time to time will be part of the role.
