We are currently seeking a Solution Architect to team up with us on this exciting journey.
Role description
• Vision: While the product management provide the business vision, the solution architect will be the single point of contact for the technical vision of our products. Will also make sure that both the business vision and the technical vision are aligned.
• Organization liaison: Has a good understanding of what is going on in different parts of the organization in the architecture domain. Similarly, will make sure that the decisions made in the domain are anchored to the rest of the organization.
• Big picture: Has a good understanding of how the big picture is formed ? how different products come together and serve the business.
• Leadership: a servant leader that is:
• Accountable for the continuous evolution of architecture
• Provide the necessary technical facilitation when required
• Coach the system architects and the development teams
• Representation in our Agile Release Trains: Ensure that the architecture work packages are properly represented in the release train. Help the release management team in finding the balance between necessary architecture work and the features needed in the product.
Desired Profile
• Excellent communication skills: we seek an active learner with excellent communication skills ? someone who is proficient in both the ?business-speak? and ?tech-speak? and has fluency in English (our corporate language), spoken and written.
• Experience of similar role in organizations with multiple products.
• Learner: Ability to quickly learn a complex setup.
• Experience of systems architecture, integration, and data and content migration.
• Good understanding of application, information and infrastructure architectures & mission critical systems.
