Diagnostics & Software is a Digital Delivery within Digital & IT. We are responsible for developing the next generation Diagnostic Service Platform which is a key enabler for our digital transformation for the future. We are involved in developing services in the areas like Proximity and Remote Vehicle Diagnostics, Embedded Diagnostics, Prognostics, Over the Air Update of complete vehicle, Fault Tracing and various other future product capabilities targeting multiple platforms. We are now seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in Azuew who has the drive and passion to contribute to our digital transformation and who sees that the key to success is to develop the organization and its people to meet future business challenges.

Your main activities and responsibilities
As an experienced Solution Architect, you will lead and coordinate architectural work across different teams in the agile release train. You will define and develop the strategic and tactical direction of our full stack architecture. As part of a global unit, you will actively cooperate with various stakeholders with ease in a multi-cultural environment.
You will be involved in designing and maintaining the architecture views, models, and target architecture for the solutions and drive the work to identify and reduce the technical debt. You will also contribute to the implementation (hands on) of our software components.
You will stay up-to date in architectural trends & relevant industry models and be a mentor for other developers, architects in the team.
Required competencies

• Strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex technical problems.
Architecture skills
• [Required] Proficient in at least one architecture diagram tool (Draw.IO, Enterprise Architect, Visio)
• [Required] Knowledge about market-standard authorization protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Cloud skills
• [Required] Certification as architect in at least one major public cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• [Required] Container services experience (Openshift, Kubernetes)
• [Good-to-have] Microsoft Azure application services experience (APIM, Functions, App Service, FrontDoor, Key Vault)
Development skills
• [Required] Hands-on programming experience in C# .NET or Typescript
• [Good-to-have] JS frontend framework experience (React, Angular, Polymer)
DevOps skills
• [Good-to-have] Azure Devops YAML pipelines
• [Good-to-have] SonarQube knowledge
Background
A Bachelors or Masters in Engineering science, Computer science, Business Administration or equivalent
A passion for IT
At least 4 years relevant work experience
Solid English skills
