Description:
MDM, Data Hub and Data Integration Architect.
Enterprise Information Services is providing the customer with analytics and data management services. We need to modernize our services and their underlying architecture to enable data repositories that are fully service-enabled, operationalized and globally available.
As a Solution Architect within Enterprise Information Services you're expected to take a major role in the data management architectural
Main responsibilities:
• Implementing architectures for master data management and reference data management
• Implementing architectures for integrated data hub management
• Implementing integration architectures for synchronizing data over multiple global repositories.
• To cover industry best practices in data integration
• Increase the efficiency of Enterprise Information Services by automation techniques
• Reviews architecture assessments
• Ensures adherence to architecture standards
Required documented experience
• Experience from Data Integration and interoperability architectures incl. data virtualisation and data federation
• Experience of Master data management and reference data management architectures supporting multiple MDM uses cases and implementation styles
• Experience of Metadata driven automation
Knowledge:
• Profound knowledge in development and management of information, Application and technology Architectures
• Profound knowledge in designing a sound solution architecture
• Knowledge in different processes, standards etc. within area, e.g. TOGAF, ITIL etc.
Required skills
• Experience of Master data management and reference data management architectures supporting multiple MDM uses cases and implementation styles
• Experience from the concept of integrated data hubs.
• Experience from Enterprise Information Integration architectures (ETL/ELT, Operational Data Quality, Data Virtualisation/Federation, Data Replication and Change data capture).
• Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) &/ Microservices
• Cloud- and hybrid analytical architectures
• Information and data modelling
• Design of Enterprise information architectures
• Metadata management (repositories, catalogues, discovery and data lineage)
• Good business acumen
• Be able to act as leader for other architects
• Good resource, cost and time management ability.
• Strategic and holistic perspective when examining a challenge
• Fluency in English, and strong communication skills, being able to deal with stakeholders at various levels
Beneficial skills
• Experience from architectures and tools for Data discovery, Data lake and advanced analytics
• Experience of Enterprise Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence
Experience:
• Solid experience of IT, Architecture management and problem solving in global environments
