For the development project we are now searching for Software Testers that will further strengthen our team within the HRM areas for both local and Nordic customers. We are working with the latest techniques in a fast-paced and exciting environment where innovation and creativity combined with modern principles of software development set the corner stones of the program.
As a Software Tester you will be part of a Scrum team and work closely with Developers and Product Owners. You will play a key role in achieving regular high-quality deliveries as well as shorten time to market by reducing manual testing through use of test automation. You will be working in a group with distributed teams located in various geographies.
Qualifications
» Knowledge and hands on test experience of Web Services, WCF, JavaScript, ASP.Net, SOA, XML, SOAP, and .NET technology
» Programming and test automation skills, preferably with C#, C/C++
» Demonstrated experience in test methodology, automation, and test processes.
» Experience in various phases of testing of enterprise applications
» Excellent understanding of relational database design and strong SQL scripting skills
» Solid communication skills, verbal and written
» Ability to perform system-wide root cause analyses and drive improvements
Meritorious skills and experience:
» Experience of performance testing of web applications
» Experience testing in distributed environments
Social Qualifications:
» Social skills, team-oriented
» Responsible and Quality oriented. Able to decide if quality goals are reached or not
» Enterprising and creative, likes problem solving and can handle fast changes
The position is full-time and positioned in Växjö, Sweden.
