hela Sverige On behalf of our customer, eWork is looking for a Software Project Manager for recruitment.
About our customer:
Our customer is a systems and software development company with more than 30 years of experience in developing solutions for the automotive industry. The organization specializes in in-car communication technologies, user interface development, active safety systems, and consumer device interaction. With dependable automotive software and systems design, they drive communication, sensing and safety in the automobile, giving customers a technological advantage.
Job description:
Lead sub project managers and global software development team.
Project is within automotive domain and within the Active safety area.
Plan, monitor and follow-up software development team and report progress to customer and Project Manager for complete project.
Work with Software KPI's for the project.
Lead and participation in software project meetings.
Work and lead software development work according to established company SW processes, project development processes and an agile holistic view of software development
Internal interfaces:
Project Manager (all competency areas) for project
Technical Manager
Software lead persons for specific ECU's
Development teams in Sweden, Germany and India. Maybe also development team in Poland.
Closest manager.
Various levels of management within own organisation
External interfaces:
Customer to company. Both on engineering but also management level.
Required competence:
Masters of Science E/D/IT/Z or similar education level.
Must, fluent in English both verbal and written.
Preferably, fluent in Swedish both verbal and written.
5-10 years of experience from the Automotive area preferably more.
Documented knowledge from Automotive Spice.
Experience from actives safety systems.
Earlier documented experience from leading embedded sw development projects within Automotive.
Extensive project management experience.
Documented experience from leading multi-site projects.
Personal skills:
Self motivated person
Ability to get into project with a short period of time
Result oriented person that has a passion of balancing cost, delivery timing and features.
Excellent in co-operating with other persons with various background.
Good presentation skills
Ability to function in a high pressure and sometimes ambiguous environment
Responsible, professional, service minded, flexible, right attitude
