hela Sverige Purple Scout is on the lookout for a software/ IT trainer.
If we match, you will be working as part of our DevOps team to create and deliver courses to clients throughout the EMEA. You need to be a people-person as this is a customer facing role, a.k.a. you have to have the natural ability to build relationships with all tiers of an organization from management to end user.
Your English skills are excellent, both written and spoken, and you have previous training document creation experience.
What you will do as an IT Trainer:
Conduct end-user training courses at the client's sites in EMEA.
Internal training within the organization.
Develop and design supporting course documentation.
Prepare course data.
Maintain and develop course training manuals.
Help maintain training servers with all the latest releases.
Type of knowledge and skills needed:
Expertise within Docker, Kubernetes, and virtualization.
We think you have at least 2 years of software training experience.
Ability to write training material and technical documentation.
Ability to work using your own initiative.
