In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be a part of a prioritized area of Swedbank and play a key role ensuring that Swedbank has an updated and functioning AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and sanction monitoring solution that meets regulatory requirements
•
Support Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) to be successful in their work to detect suspected Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Sanction violation cases
•
Collaborate with other team members in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working
• Willing to learn new things and self-leadership is the common key for joining the team
What is needed in this role:
• We want you to be comfortable in Linux and SQL
• And we are working with Websphere and ETL as well
• We want you to be willing to work with production support and have on-call (after internal training)
• We expect you have an interest in technical troubleshooting
• Since we are using SAFe framework Agile is the way of working for Swedbank
• Work closely with business analyst and developers to deliver improvements
• Knowledge in banking, AML or sanctions is an advantage
• Support users and stakeholders is a part of the job
• Good team player that agrees with Swedbank's values of Open, Simple and Caring and we are more interested in you than the deep technical skills
