hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos TV Is Dead AB i Danderyd Speakerbox is a live mobile broadcasting platform to allow content to be captured, packaged, and distributed to multiple channels. Our platform consists of a broadcasting app, a viewing app, and a production dashboard, and the backend to make it all work together. Internally we call it an "audience-building machine."
Here's our product video: vimeo.com/185608493. Our business model is B2B and we're focused on the sports media industry. Our founders come from media. We have a few good deals on the table and strong interest from rights-holders.
Some more specifics about our current tech stack: The backend is written in Java and C++. We use Wowza to handle the streaming. The database is Orient dB. We are developing the apps in native iOS and hybrid for Android. Experience in realtime video, mobile development, and graphics handling are all beneficial.
As we are a small team working to iterate our product and aggressively enter the digital media industry, we need developers who can contribute their own ideas, work effectively in a team, and communicate very well. Working in a startup demands that you can define your own work, and connect with people in other job roles.
Education in computer science or engineering is preferred, but not required if you have relevant job experience. A background in media tech, sports media, or realtime video is an asset.
We have an office at THINGS, an incubator on KTH campus.
Varaktighet, arbetstid
Our current team is six people, with a development team of two (and growing). This year we are working to release our software frequently as we work towards product market fit, and next year we will begin longer-cycle development.
