In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Contribute in all areas: analyse, design, develop, test and maintain services delivered by the team.
• Proactively reduce the technical debts
• Have, and continue to gain, good knowledge of the business in the value stream
• Support the Agile Product Owner in finding a good balance between life cycle management, maintenance, regulatory compliance as well as development of new features
• Decide on how to build the solution within architecture frames
• Readiness to have on-call for the IT services developed and maintained by the CFT on agreed schedule
• Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the backlog
• Detail and verify the back-log items
• Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team
• Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality together with the cross functional team
• Agree launch activities with relevant stakeholders. Support stakeholders regarding launch activities
• Help the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value
• Plan and estimate the work together with the team
What is needed in this role:
• Proficiency in Java development, and ideally have worked as a full stack developer.
• Experience in front end language like Angular will be a plus.
• High level understanding of application structure.
• Able to perform investigations on assigned tasks alone or in cooperation with team members.
• Able to work with previously created code.
• You have an understanding of non-functional requirements for the system, life-cycle, information security etc.
