We are looking for a software engineer with broad knowledge and we offer great growth opportunities.
Role description
You will have an independent role in a tight knit team. We are scaling the company and the scope of the role is broad and requires an understanding of the interface between back-end development and database administration.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Sysmex Astrego's internal web application and manage its database.
Maintain a high quality on the database structure and architecture.
In collaboration with the software team, evaluate and decide on new technical solutions for the database and implementation.
Collaborate with our Production as well as R& D teams to identify requirements and develop software solutions.
As part of your growth opportunities you will, over time, collaborate with team members that handle user requirement specifications, risk assessments and validate when new features should be implemented.
Your profile
Must-haves:
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer science or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Spring Boot or Java EE.
Experience of JavaScript.
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate in Swedish and/or English .
A mindset that enables you to potentially interrupt what you are doing and set your focus on the most important thing at hand. We refer to it as flexibility.
Nice-to-haves:
Previous work experience as a software engineer.
Experience of test protocols.
Experience of and/or passion for learning more about Linux, Docker, Python and Oject-oriented programming.
