hela Sverige Improve the scalability of our core Erlang based payment processing system.
Improve the reliability of our home grown distributed database protocol.
Breaking out a large system into smaller services.
Defining and implementing data export pipelines.
Take end to end responsibility for systems; load testing and profiling, finding critical bottlenecks and weak points, designing, coding and deploying solutions.
Optimize database storage, indexing and retrieval using Riak, Mnesia and LevelDB.
Build deployment pipelines using Chef, Jenkins and Ansible.
Experience with solving reliability and scalability issues; profiling, troubleshooting, refactoring and redesigning high load systems.
End to end experience with designing, coding, testing, deploying and maintaining scalable systems.
An openness to work with Erlang; previous Erlang experience isn't essential, but familiarity with functional programming would be advantageous
