hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Energy Opticon Aktiebolag i Lund You will be working with software development and service for Energy Opticon's computer software, Energy Optima 3, for load forecasts and the economical optimization of the energy production. The system is well-known in the energy sector in many parts of Europe. We need a team leader for our software developer team with totally 7 cross functional team members. The team is based in Lund, Sweden. We are situated in a creative business environment at Ideon Science Park.
You have a degree in programming and software development and work experience within the same field, also on team leader level. You will be working with a young team, in a stable and growing IT company. You are a person with strong capacity on making impact on the company's software development.
Your work tasks
• Managing the Software development department as team leader.
This includes:
o Responsibility for the development roadmap
o Report and coordinate with the company management and other departments.
o Staff appraisals and one-to-one meetings with the team members
o Support with staffing with new team members
• Programming in Microsoft .NET/VB.NET/C# for new and existing software modules of the company's software products.
• Support to the team members and customers.

• Knowledge in .NET/VB.NET/C#, Basic SQL, Entity Framework, Web Services, Windows Services, MSSQL SSIS/SSRS
• At least 3 years work experience from programming and 2 years of team leading.
• It is beneficial if the applicant has knowledge about agile work methods, for example SAFe, Kanban.
• Good knowledge and interest in computer software programming and IT systems
• Language skills: Fluent in English. Knowledge in Swedish is important. If this is lacking, the applicant is supposed to learn it within 0,5 years after employment. German and/or French is a plus
