About the job
As our new Manager IoT Software Development, you will lead a global team of software engineers where you will support their professional development. You will create, maintain, and grow a team of competent software engineers who can create high quality software products and solutions.
Key tasks:
Dive deep into the details of business and engineering needs and help the IoT organization build software development teams that can create incremental solutions with high quality and scalability.
Work closely with product owners and technology teams.
Be innovative, flexible and have strong leadership skills to work collaboratively to solve critical business and software engineering problems.
Be able to grow technical leaders in the team.
Be able to build a learning organization by facilitating knowledge-sharing and mentorship.
What you know
Your background is a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or an equivalent. We imagine you have experience creating an inclusive team environment as well as embedded systems and/or IoT products and development is preferred. You prove ability to lead and mentor software developers and to improve software development practices and you have demonstrated experience working across teams, internal and external partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
