General Information:
You will be part of Jokab Safety in Täby. The division belongs to Control Products, a unit of 70 coworkers within Low Voltage Products. We are located in Malmö, Kungsbacka and Stockholm and develop innovative products and solutions for machine safety. Our customers can be found all over the world.

Tasks:
Are you looking for a broad and developing role within a growing business? If so, this might be the right challenge for you. As Software Developer at Jokab Safety you will, together with a small team, develop safety critical software for microprocessors within embedded systems. You may also come across assignments regarding development of applications and interfaces for communication with embedded environments as well as some hardware development. You will further develop both existing products and new product projects. Thus, your assignments will consist of most parts of a project: from initial idea to a completed product. As your work will evolve around safety critical electronics, the validation process will be comprehensive. This involves performing tests and FMEA as well as compiling certification documents. As part of Jokab Safety, you will be provided with an independent and varied challenge within a growing business characterized by great team spirit.

Requirements:
You hold a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, or equivalent knowledge within electrotechnology and software for embedded systems. This you combine with at least five years? work experience from software development for embedded systems within electronic products, preferably for industry applications, as well as programming skills in C/C++ and some sort of assembler. Further, knowledge in Delphi and safety applications for human protection is qualifying. As you will be part of an international business you need to master both English and Swedish, written and spoken alike. Equally important is your accuracy, quality consciousness and ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external contacts.
